The yoyo’s not broken

I’m a broken record every Monday. Terrible terrible off-track weekend. I didn’t even get to do the kayaking I was planning thanks to the wind, so no working out to speak of. And more eating than I could even list.

Time to snap out of it. I am not getting on the scale until Friday. I don’t feel like focusing on past mistakes. I just want to move forward, or at the moment, at least not move backward.
